・Emily Hess Basic Trust Coaching 2024

How many years have you practiced as a Sound professional?

Five years. Since 2019 when I met Ute and learnt Peter Hess Sound

Massage Level 1.

What is your specialty (if any)?

Gentleness and sensitivity are my strengths and specialties when it

comes to offering sound. With Peter Hess' concept “Less is more”, I

do introduce a sense of ZEN. I feel like I become a sound instrument

offering pure gentle nurturing sound for children to adults and

individuals to groups to find peace and harmony within.

Lately I do enjoy visiting schools and delivering sound meditation

for kindergarten to high school students to support their everyday

life/school life/life event or school’s wellness program.

Why you love working with Sound?

Living with sound has given me profound changes in life and now I

can’t think of my life without sound practice. Gentle sound brings

me home where I can connect to myself on a deeper level and just

feel “I am here” and my soul feels content. Sharing sound is a part

of my nature and lifestyle to introduce the benefit of sound and for

people to experience the profound changes in life.

Favourite sound instrument/why?

I love all my sound instruments. They have their own beautiful

unique sound just like us!

If I have to choose one, I would pick my ZEN bowl which I recently

brought back from IKARIA in Greece. I call her my “JOY bowl” and she

reminds me of Joy in life and also all the wonderful experiences in

IKARIA with Peter, Emily and the sound family.
