
PETER HESS® SOUND MASSAGE LEVEL I ONLINE

This foundation course introduces the holistic principles of Sound Massage and the benefits of working with sound and vibration and especially this unique method in your everyday life.
​
You will experience the Peter Hess® Sound Massage, receive your first practical instructions, and learn to independently perform a Basic Sound Massage.
The Level I training is suitable for those wishing to work with Peter Hess® Singing Bowls for personal use or as part of an existing practice.
​
This is the first time this training is being offered online again, making it accessible to international students as well as participants within Australia who are unable to travel.
​
You will learn to give and receive an introductory Sound Massage for the back, feet, hands, and the whole body, supported by experiential exercises, Sound Meditations, demonstrations, and guided practice.
​
Online format & requirements
This training is delivered online and includes practical components.
To support your learning, a course recording will be available for four weeks after the training.
A practice partner is required for the duration of the course.

Participants will need:

Massage table or floor mat with cushions

Blankets and an eye pillow
-
One set of Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls (Pelvic, Heart, Universal)
-
One Peter Hess® double felt mallet (white or brown)
-
Stable Zoom connection (speaker optional)

Cost:
$700 per person online - only possible with a training partner and materials
$1100 for two - if your partner would like to receive a certificate as well
