My name is Ute Coleman and I was born in Germany in 1973.

Thanks to my husband, a passionate surfer and ocean lover, we made Margaret River

our home in 2004 to start our little family and raise our two beautiful daughters.

I love all things sound, music, the ocean, nature, travel, meditation, good food, art,

Yoga, Pilates, movement, dancing, culture, connection and the joy of being.

As long as I remember sounds, music and rhythm have always been with me.
It may have been the heartbeat of my mother in utero, her humming melodies while

doing chores, my grandfathers playing the violin and piano, my dad playing the

harmonica and singing songs together with his friends, my brothers playing their

guitars, the birds chirping in the mornings, the leaves rustling in the wind, the waves

crashing at the beach...so the list goes on and on and on....

I am sure if you take a moment, close your eyes and LISTEN and FEEL,

you can say the same for yourself...

My passion for music, sound & rhythm has been a lifelong journey of inspiration which was nurtured early on in my childhood by my music loving family.

Over the years, guided by my own experiences, travels, and studies, I was able to develop a profound and holistic understanding about the power of sound and music.
I've immersed myself in sound education, training with the renowned Peter Hess® Institute and Emily Hess® in Germany. As a certified Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner, I teach this effective method as a senior lecturer for the Peter Hess® Academy Australia. With a practice in Margaret River since 2010, I offer private sessions, group therapy, and workshops, collaborating with professionals across various fields. Passionate about integrating sound healing into holistic healthcare, I now manage the Peter Hess Academy Australia, dedicated to expanding awareness of the healing power of sound. Sound Treatments, more than just feel-good experiences, bring balance and harmony to our bodies, minds, and souls, paving the way for a happy, healthy life.
