FASCIA AND SOUND I and II

Unveiling the Synergy of Fascia and Sound

Are you a Movement or Manual Therapist, Sound Therapy Student or Practitioner looking to deepen and expand your scope of practice?

Join Mumu and Ute for these two workshops that delve into the intricate interactions between Sound and Fascia during a 1:1 treatment.

While Sound Massage or using Singing Bowls on the body may seem simple at first glance, its effects on the body’s fascia system are profound.

Both workshops is designed to complement both manual therapies, Sound Massage and Sound Therapy practices. We will use specialised Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls, which enhance the effects with gentle, long-lasting vibrations. These vibrations promote coherence throughout the myofascial system, supporting overall wellbeing.

Our focus will be on the myofascial system and its stimulation.

You will learn how to sensitise the body’s perception and strengthen the physiological and structural interrelationships.

Fascia and Sound Module I will built up on Module II. Feel free to visit Module I first and then to visit Module II at a later stage.

In Fascia and Sound I and II, you will:

  • Explore the Interplay: Discover how sound and the fascial system work together to influence the body’s self-healing capacity.

  • Enhance Your Knowledge: Gain a thorough introduction to the fascial system, including myofascial meridians and their role in force transmission and how to enhance kinaesthesia.

  • Learn Advanced Techniques: Understand how to stimulate fascia using the gentle vibrations of therapeutic grade Singing Bowls.

  • Promote Wellbeing: Fascia Focused Sound Treatments promote overall well-being and facial tone regulation whilst triggering relaxing signals.

  • Refine Your Practice: Observe and understand how Fascia Focused Sound Treatments can enhance body perception, strengthen physiological interrelationships, and support autonomic nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.

This hands-on workshop offers a unique opportunity to integrate Sound Treatment techniques with a deeper anatomical understanding of fascia, enriching your scope of practice and supporting your clients’ holistic health.

We invite you to elevate your skills and expand your therapeutic approach!

Kind Words of Praise

*Fascia & Sound Session Testimonial*

The Fascia & Sound session with Ute was an awe-inspiring somatic experience that reverberated through my whole being.

The theme of the session was grounding through the Superficial Back Line while opening the heart. The sensations and emotional colourings evoked through acoustics and vibration were remarkable. Ute’s skilful attunement to my Superficial Back Line awakened a vibrant aliveness from head to feet. It also brought subtle right–left differences into my awareness, which I always appreciate.

The sound symphony Ute created along the front of my torso travelled from the superficial fascia into deeper layers and right into my core. The vibrations moved through the superficial myofascial meridians into my heart, from where they radiated outward into my hands with a power I rarely encounter in such a short time. It felt like a living, vibratory expression of the connection between the Deep Front Line and the Arm Lines — how our deepest intentions link with gesture and action.

This is both a personal testimonial and a professional encouragement for fascia-focused practitioners to open their minds to the powerful possibilities created by the synergy of fascia and sound. The felt experience and holistic life benefits of this work are truly inspiring.
