The Peter Hess® Academy Australia is part of the international network dedicated to the Peter Hess® Sound Method, an established approach to therapeutic sound work developed in Germany - via the Peter Hess Institut - over more than 40 years of practice, research, and collaboration in therapeutic, educational, and wellbeing settings.

The method is applied internationally through a structured training system that emphasises quality, safety, and experience-based learning in the use of sound, vibration, and relaxation work.

The Institut and Academies are also connected with the Internationaler Fachverband Klang-Massage-Therapie e.V. (Fachverband Klang), the international professional association supporting practitioners working within the Peter Hess® Sound Methods. This organisation contributes to maintaining shared quality standards, ethical guidelines, and professional development pathways across the international Peter Hess® Sound Massage field.​​
