These Bowls have a clear and centering sound. Softer and wider than the Zen Bowls.
They can be used around the head and the upper chakras and any time you would like to lead attention in a specific direction.
Playing them at the end of a meditation helps to return to “here and now” and offers a beautiful harmonic sound.
 
We recommend playing the Assam Bowls with a Zen mallet.
