2028 NEPAL - ART OF LIVING RETREAT
 with Emily & Peter Hess

This journey is not for everyone.

It is for you if something within you quietly knows:

I can no longer continue living in the same way.
I am longing for clarity, depth, meaning, and genuine transformation.
I no longer want to simply understand life intellectually - I want to truly experience it.

In Nepal, you will not simply travel.

You will step into a profound process of transition - one that invites you to meet yourself more honestly, reconnect with your inner compass, and awaken aspects of yourself that may have been waiting quietly beneath the surface for a long time.

This journey has the potential to transform not only how you see yourself, but also how you relate to others, navigate challenges, and move through the world.

And perhaps, by the end of it, you will not only feel deeply transformed yourself - you may also feel called to support and guide others on their own path of awakening and self-discovery.

If you feel called to this experience, you are warmly invited to register your interest with Ute, who will help guide and organise this journey alongside you.

Having experienced this profound journey herself, it has become a true passion of hers to return with a second English-speaking group in 2028 and share this unique opportunity with her sound community.

This is far more than travel.

It is an invitation into deep cultural immersion, authentic connection, personal transformation, and a journey to the roots and inspiration behind Peter Hess® Sound Massage and decades of sound work.

Overview

April 4 – April 18, 2028

Emily & Peter Hess® Nepal Art of Living Retreat

with Ute Coleman

Join us for the second English-speaking journey with Peter and Emily Hess to Nepal - the place that profoundly inspired Peter Hess® Sound Massage and decades of sound work.

This is not simply a retreat.

It is an invitation into a living culture, an inner pilgrimage, and a deeply transformative personal experience.

Together, we will travel beyond the surface of tourism and enter Nepal through the eyes, relationships, and 40 years of collected wisdom and experience of Peter and Emily Hess. Guided by local people, sacred traditions, and authentic encounters, you will experience parts of Nepal that many travellers never reach.

Powerful and profound rituals await you.

In the mountains, we will enter into direct contact with the great and wild goddess Kali - an archetypal force that invites us to meet the parts of ourselves we may have rejected, feared, or misunderstood.

What may appear as shadow often reveals itself as strength, truth, vitality, and deep inner power.

Through ancient rituals, guided imagery, sound experiences, deep conversations, and meaningful cultural encounters, you will reconnect with forgotten parts of yourself and be invited into a process of awakening, transformation, and realignment.

We will visit sacred places devoted to gods and goddesses, learn from the symbolic wisdom they carry, and explore how ritual, sound, devotion, and community have been interwoven within Nepalese culture for centuries.

A very special highlight of the journey will be experiencing Bisket Jatra in Bhaktapur - one of Nepal’s most intense and powerful festivals - where the city reveals its raw, ancient, chaotic, and deeply transformative face.

This journey is for those who long for more than sightseeing.

It is for those seeking depth, authenticity, cultural immersion, inner transformation, and meaningful connection.

You will not simply observe Nepal - you will experience it.

And perhaps, somewhere along the way, you may rediscover parts of yourself that have been waiting to come home.
