Hello Ute
It is with great pleasure that I write a few lines to express my gratitude to you having attended your interesting method of teaching the foundation courses of the Peter Hess Sound Training.
I must say that I was very impressed by the way you take an interest in each one of your students – your pleasant manner and patience I’m sure was appreciated by all who have attended your classes – and excellent method for self-development and good grounding for those of us who have gone on to complete level 3 and 4.
Your passion teaching these modules is evident and has not gone unrecognized.
Thank you for all that you’ve passed on in level 1 and 2 training.
Hoping to see you in Margaret River for an Educational Sound Massage before Supervision later this year.
All the very best to you in your future endeavors.
Ian Pitout, Perth
I have found Sound Meditation with Ute extremely beneficial for both my anxiety and pain associated with Fibromalgia.
I have been trying every possible treatment for my Fibromalgia for the past 5 years and nothing has really helped much, including very strong medications and medical procedures.
I have found that the Sound Meditation really helps me to relax and helps to take the edge off the pain associated with Fibromalgia.
Ute is lovely and really makes you feel welcome. I would recommend Sound Meditation to anyone who suffers from chronic nerve pain, Fibromalgia or anxiety.

Sound Massage has brought me many benefits. It has helped to correct physical imbalances as well as create more mental clarity and stillness. With Ute’s expertise she is able to work on specific areas that need releasing, that need to be ‘woken up’, or hydrated again.
Here a few examples of what I have used Sound Massage for:
Clear my sinuses and unblock my ear, balance my spine, address sacroiliac discomfort, for mental clarity when making big decisions and for balancing a busy work, travel and motherhood schedule.
I leave each session feeling nurtured, energised and grounded. To say the least, Sound Massage has a very similar effect on me as Myofascial Bodywork.
As a movement educator and teacher, fascia (a part of our connective tissue) has been fascinating me for a while. It has been wonderful to feel the vibration of the singing bowls and/or the tuning forks resonate with the very sensory and water rich fascia; the positive effects of releasing and enhancing stuck or dehydrated areas are clearly felt during and after a session. Fascia is one of the biggest sensory organs (maybe even our biggest) in our body; hence our potential to perceive our body in its entirety is huge. I feel that Ute’s therapeutic and acutely intuitive sessions can assist this process greatly!

What some of the year 2 kids @ the Margaret River Independent School had to say after an outdoor Sound activity during their bush school week:
I loved the sound activity because when I was in the cocoon it felt so peaceful (Scarlett)
I liked the sound activity because it was very peaceful and the sound was magical. (Evie)
I liked the sound activity because it was really peaceful and the bowls vibrated on me. (Harvey)
I loved the sound cocoon because it felt so calming. (Amelie)
I liked the beautiful vibrations in my body. (Lilly)
I liked playing the Singing Bowls. (Indi)
I really liked standing in the big bowl. I also enjoyed the stillness (Tex)
The sound sessions I have had the pleasure and privilege to receive from Ute Coleman have been both beautiful and profound.
Thanks to Ute's well founded knowledge in sound therapy and combined intuitive and intellectual - no non sense- approach to the individual sessions she helped to facilitate huge shifts in my personal and professional life.
Ute truly is a master of her craft. Where others dabble, she is highly professional, well grounded yet delivers sound through a plethora of instruments in a light hearted manner. The group sessions are always a joyful journey into other spheres. I highly recommend Ute's sound sessions

"Dear Ute, thank you for an amazing level one course. It was all that I expected and the results, just fabulous. Thank you for giving your time and for sharing your passion. Had a colleague arrive to use my work room this morning. She saw the bowls, looked longingly, almost begging me to say "would you like a quick try before your client arrives?" - which of course is what I said. When can I be her practice model? Her response to the ten minutes we had was wonderful. Having collided with her 65kg dog ( about 20kgs heavier than her petite self!) yesterday, she had many sore bits and was amazed, that a few minutes on each foot and five mins on lower back, had such an instant effect. One more hooked person."

"Sound Therapy was amazing to be involved in. Listening to the sounds from the Singing Bowls, so soothing and peaceful.
I was intrigued by the reactions of the Residents in Dementia Care. Some would not want to touch the bowls but by the end of the session they
couldn’t get involved enough. The atmosphere felt calm as did the residents. If you haven’t tried Sound Therapy please do so as I was enthralled ."
